Joint Forces Training Base is centrally located to many of Southern California’s premier attractions, beautiful beaches, shopping, outdoorsy adventures and activities, and superb dining establishments. Policies

• A credit card, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express is required for all reservations. We also accept cash. The total balance is due upon arrival.
• We require 24-hour’s notice of any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Refunds will be issued when you cancel or make any changes to your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, deducted a total of one night’s stay.
• A no-call, no-show will forfeit the reservation and be charged a total of one nights’ stay. We will proceed to cancel the reservation including additional nights.
• A $15.00 key deposit will be required at check-in. All keys may be returned to the Front Desk Receptionist or Key Drop Box located in Building 19.

Sunset RV Park – 16 sites

Active Duty Military, DoD Civilians, and Official Business:
$28.00 per night – allowed maximum of 4 people, an extra $1.50 per person
Space Available:
$33.00 per night – allowed maximum of 4 people, an extra $1.50 per person

Legacy RV Park – 14 sites

Active Duty Military, DoD Civilians, Official Business, and Space Available:
$23.00 per night – allowed maximum of 4 people

Storage

Active Duty Military, DoD Civilians, and Official Business:
$40.00 per month – up to 20-feet
Space Available:
$48.00 per month – up to 24-feet

Policies

•  Eligibility – JFTB RV Parks and Storage are available to service members of Active Duty, Retired Military Personnel, and DoD Employees. Military identification will be required to verify affiliation.
• Reservations – Reservations are required and will be accepted with use of a credit card or cash. Reservations may be made in person or by phone. Reservations may be made up to 1 year in advance and may not exceed 30 days per stay. Sites may become available past 30 days based on availability. Please see Billeting Office for further information.
• Registration – All guests at the JFTB RV Parks and Storage must register at the Billeting Office in Building 19, during office hours, prior to entering. Guests will also pick up their utility key and site placard from the Billeting Office upon registration.
• Check-in time is after 1300 hours.
• Check-out time is before 1100 hours.
• Departure – Guests must return all keys and site placard to the Billeting Office in Building 19 by the check-out time on their departure date to avoid any additional fees (an additional day of rent and lost key fee).
• Quiet hours – From 2300 – 0530 hours each day. No excessive noise is allowed at any time. In addition, generators must be turned off from 2200-0600.
• Daily Maintenance – The rented area must always be kept clean. The owner of the RV will be notified if there is any excess clutter to be removed. Trash will be placed in proper receptacles and is not permitted to accumulate on the rented site. Hazardous wastes (i.e. oil, gas, propane, etc.) must be properly disposed off post. All vehicles must be in good working condition and self-sufficient. Failure to clean the rented RV site before departure will result in a site cleaning fee of $50. All RV’s must use an oil drip pan.
• Pets – Must always be leashed and under the control of their owners. Leashes should be less than 10-feet in length. Ensure the pet is not left unattended at any time. Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up and disposal of all droppings throughout the RV Park. Three (3) domestic pets allowed per RV, maximum. Pets are limited to the designated RV Park area. Guests who fail to follow the policies regarding pets will be removed from the park and will not be allowed to make future reservations with JFTB RV Parks.

Please Note

An RV is defined as a registered and licensed self-contained vehicle designated to be lived in. SUVs and commercial tractor-trailer rigs are not considered RVs and will not be eligible to rent sites. No camping tents, boats, ATVs, or oversized trailers will be allowed in the park. Easy ups and pop ups will be allowed to provide shade, but must remain on your reserved cement slab. All extra equipment must fit on to the rented site cement slab. One car per site, no extra parking spots are available. RVs must possess a working restroom and shower due to no facilities on location.
