Complete the following forms in USA Staffing Onboarding. Print and bring them to orientation. 

  • Appointment Affidavit (SF-61)

  • Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9)

  • 2 Forms of Government Issued IDs

  • Declaration for Federal Employment (OF-306)

Onboarding Manager

  • For your initial login, use the link provided in your offer letter. After your first login, use the direct link provided in your e-mail and tentative job offer.

  • Remote Designee

Non-Benefit Related Forms
Submit electronically in USA Staffing Onboarding.
USA Staffing for New Hires login.  For your initial login, use the link provided in your offer letter. After your first login, use the direct link.

Determine eligibility and review programs available

Directions
Review directions to campus and accessing the Gateway.
Information will be provided to you by HR Remote Designee or your appointed Supervisor
Background Investigation
You will be contacted to complete additional forms via the Electronic Questionnaire for Investigative Processing (e-QIP) system.
Note: This does not apply if you already completed the appropriate background investigation.

Upon providing your SF-61 to HRO Staffing, a SF-50 will be produced within 72 business hours.
