Vision

Mission

​The mission of the Sacramento Army Aviation Support Facility is to provide the required equipment, facilities and maintenance technicians to support Aviation units and personnel. Missions include - aircraft and administrative support, individual training programs, schedule and conduct annual flight evaluations and aviation support to state agencies in the event of natural disaster, civil disturbance or other emergency operations.

Core Competencies

​The Sacramento facility provides a broad range of high-expertise level aircraft maintenance support to units. AASF also provide aircraft aviation operation services, and standardized aircrew training for the Army National Guard aviation units within their respective geographical areas.

​AASF Sacramento #3 is the Staff Directorate under the Directorate of the Army Aviation and Safety located at Mather, California.
